📍 Location: Oldham and Rochdale
💷 Salary: £12.71 per hour
🕘 Hours: 30-35 hours per week, term time and holiday clubs

The Role:

As one of our Head Sports Coaches, you’ll deliver high-quality PE lessons in primary schools, ensuring children are engaged, active and developing their own passion for sport. During term time, your role will include delivering structured PE lessons in one of our partner schools, leading lunchtime clubs and after-school activities, alongside time for your own planning and preparation. You’ll also have the opportunity to support and lead our newly revamped Holiday Clubs, where you can get creative, bring new ideas to life and create exciting experiences for children.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

· Deliver engaging PE lessons that inspire children to participate and enjoy physical activity.

· Develop children’s confidence, skills and understanding across a range of sports.

· Create positive and inclusive environments where every child can thrive.

· Lead lunchtime and after-school clubs that encourage children to stay active.

· Use your creativity to support memorable holiday club experiences.

· Work alongside a passionate team of coaches and educators.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for someone who brings energy, passion and a desire to make a difference through sport.

Essential

• Physical Education or Sports Coaching degree

• Minimum of Level 2 National Governing Body coaching qualifications

• 2 years PE delivery experience in UK primary schools

• Ability to deliver engaging lessons aligned with the PE national curriculum

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills

• Valid DBS clearance

Desirable

• Current and in-date Safeguarding and First Aid training
